I lunch the game with 'Lunch iw5m.exe' and 30 sec after i have this : "steam must be running" and steam is opening !! please help me thank's because i can't play now

First start steam then start LaunchIW5M.exe

I do it ._.

just log out from steam..nd game...restart pc and than connect steam and then game...

Guy's again this error restart pc and again steam must be running... first lunch steam i do it not worked too . :|
