My MW3 4D1 freezes at starting...

I have a big problem. When I want to start MW3 it freezes. It freezes on startup. This is not first time. First time the solution was to reinstall. I do not want to reinstall it again. I searched the google and 4D1 forum and i can not find the solution. :cry:

Please help! :(
