when i first downloaded IW5M everything worked perfectly but lately i'm unable to connect to any servers. when i click on a server, its says connecting to server for a long time like 3-5mins then says server timed out. i do not know what is wrong. can anyone help me please?

This is a very usual thing. Quit the game, delete caches.xml and run IW5M as adminstrator. That should fix it, u have to do it each time when u lounch MW3.

I have the same problem! When I was downloaded the game I was able play without any problems. Yesterday the Master Server had problems (so I understand..). Then today seems work: start game, server, choose server game (i tried all servers)... and show me "connecting server" for long time and nothing happens!! Please somebody can help us?!?

P.S.: I already tried to delete caches.xml, synchronized system clock and run game as administrator. nothing changes...

When you're at the top menu ingame, ctrl + alt + delete and open task manager. Find iw5mp.ini in the processes tab, right click > priority > set to 'normal' > change priority, then go back ingame and try again. This might fix your problem. Also, if it does, you'll have to do this each time, I don't know of a way not to do it every time.

..it worked for me! I aslo set un-checked read only the main game folder. thanks!

my pc only has one account. it is my administrator account
