I get a error when I start Singleplayer. It says Reinstalling might help, but is there any other way to fix it? Maybe if I download libnp.dll? But where do I put it?

I downloaded it from piratebay. It's the full game. Not MP only. Actually SP worked for me a few moths ago. Didn't change anything from there. Just unistalled and reinstaled 4D1 a couple of times

Nope, I bought the original game, and used yolardabomb's (sorry if I spelled it wrong) mystery box to patch the sp.
