Need help install & Play IW5M

Hello, I have downloaded CODMW3 from this site-> TPB

This is the only download with the most seeds and trusted. After it finished downloading, I followed a tutorial from this->

This is for the game only, now I want to play on multiplayer, so I downloaded the IW5M Files from this topic-> viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10242

At 11% or so, I got an error saying "Error, Data Error By DBNUpdater.Updater. (CacheContentFile )"...

So now I tried TeknoMW3 or what ever it is...And the game launched, but when I try to join a server, my screen is stuck on "Connecting..." then takes me back to the menu...

 

Any help would be apprecitated, thanks for reading this if you did.

    Why does it matter? My game is in english, not any other language.

    Alright, I will try this, but now I was a bit mad that it wasn't working so I deleted my folder and decided to re-install it all over again to make sure I don't have too much files like before, I will install it on a folder on my desktop, will that work ?
