I can't play IW5M!!! HELP PLEASE

Hello, I just re-installed IW5M, once I start the game without even getting in a server, I get a black screen then I have to do ATL+CTRL+DELETE to see my desktop and I see the error "localized_common_mp"2ljrzb9.png

PLEASE HELP, I want to play, It's been 2 days I'm trying to figure out this. This isn't a problem of clock this time, It's something else I don't know.
