I had a steam error after starting iw4m then i installed libnp_saf.exe (libnp.dll) updated and i started getting this error

Perhaps you could post dat .dmp file of your here?

What Revision are you on? and try removing the libnp.bak (which is generated by libnp_saf.exe)

 

Also replace your raw.iwd with the R22 raw.iwd. (worked for me)
