hex-edit the dll. No need to compile

If you have as much coding experience as you say then you would be better off just hex editing it.

Open it in a hex editor, search for the map that you want to change the dependency for. There might be a few instances with the stock maps (oilrig, invasion, gulag) but it should be a list of map names. The dependency map comes directly after the SP map name. Just change the name to whatever else you want as long as there is a null char (00) before the start of the next name.

I got this thing by you on iw4mtoolkit.sourceforge.com and when i installed it it gave me this txt file called 'leveldeps' and it has sort of like what is in the patchmw2spmaps.dll. does that work??

The iw4m-toolkit was a project of Apadayo an i doubt the source/dll is still up to date (can't check it atm). Update it if you know how to do it else:

Not up to date and was designed for alteriwnet where the source wasn't public... now you just make ur own dll with no problems. Its kind of useless but sourceforge doesn't delete projects because of their annoying "preservation of data" policy.
