Since the last attempt didn't work, now I'm gonna propose you to reset the sockets through the command prompt. Open windows command prompt as administrator, and type:

netsh winsock reset

Then try again to run the server.

They are not down now, normal IW5M works correctly.

Yes, I did EVERYTHING that was needed. Portforwarded and such, I don't know what the problem is!

Anyways, mine works just fine.

try running as adminstrator

Make sure to run your game as an administrator. This might help aswell, viewtopic.php?f=30&t=11270

So this morning I tried to startup my server, still doesn't work. D:!

You got there a file with .dsx extension.

Delete that file and then try again.

Server was running normally before i had this probleme the past week and couldn't launch server, but this command fixed it its working now ! thx !
