I get a error when trying to open my mw2 server or even the game it was working prefectly fine until i installed Cod4 today.

 

Error: 17g2q

 

And that .dll is in my Mw2 folder, The Appdata folder (put it there just in case), the cod4 folder, and the system folder.

 

I don't know what could of possibly went wrong, any suggestions?

Both should be same. you could try reinstalling vcredist_x86.exe
