You need to have an rcon_password specified in your server.cfg for rcon to work. Follow the step regarding it here.

220 is an error, one of your plugins is messed up. Do you have extra plugins, besides the defaults?

finally i succesfully installed b3...

Those are all plugins. Xlrstats should be a default though, but you probably disabled it/didn't install it,

I think alteradmin has that function; but I have no idea where you can find that plugin.

That plugin works. I've tested it myself.

Although it doesn't have many commands, it has !gametype command

on the b3.xml file . copy pasting the plugin_masteradmin.xml to the config folder from the download of masteradmin got the link above.

the plugin became .......220

Because it doesn't go into "conf" folder

The .py file goes into "extplugins" folder, and the .xml goes into "extplugins/conf" folder

That's how you usually add plugins on b3
