Is it allowed to make fake clan servers?

We have 3 Terminal servers. As I checked through the server list to find them, I saw |WZ| Terminal #5 (There is no #4 btw) and I wondered. I joined and I instantly recognized that it's not the same database as on the original servers (0 times played and so on) besides I had a ping of ~130 instead of ~40. Then I saw an admin called Evo|Stealth who banned ppl mindlessly and an announcement which said something like "Every Evo member will become admin on all our servers". Some of our forum members tried to talk to him and got banned instantly. The Evo clan hasn't got anything to do with WarZone gaming and our question now is, is this allowed and if not, can you guys do something against it?

|WZ| Terminal now has a 5th server, not run by WZ at all. Fake clan are fags. NTAuthority needs to take it down.

Like clan names are trademarked or something

add a little:в„ў after your clan tag and it should be fine!

Better yet. Have a list of your servers on your website. Any server that's not on that list is a fake one.
