When I first time launched IW4M and I saw, my level is 1 I thought that must be it. After this I saw somewhere, that this downloads your achievements, if you set up your profile as public. I did it, but it wasn't working. Now I am about level 17, but I want my level 56 after prestige! :evil: How can I do it?

It doesn't download your achievements or w/e. You start with level one when you switch to 4D1, and you can level hack too, its allowed.
