I think it will be some map like.. A giant loop where certain points are, but you can take the bus to move quicker to each area. Different areas will have different perks, traps. etc.

no idea where it originated; it was linked to me by a contact. I'd not expect such 'placeholders' for weapons so late in development however.

You probably got an old screenshot, that first SMAW picture was from Gamescon, which was during early August. They had one or two other placeholders at that time as well (some models, some sounds).
