I have my Textures set to the highest and yet everything looks like its on low. Anyone know why?

set to native

that's not a texture setting.

No, but it's a graphical setting that severely limits the appearance of textures.

I don't think you're quite getting me. Anyway, enough being off-topic.

who are you to say such?

 

anyway, I forgot what irrelevant reply I was going to place upon your reply to this topic. for the record, any game should feature such upscaling... but more in a way like codemasters does - having a resolution selection which still has the monitor in the desktop resolution but only resizes the backbuffer.
