If you are using steam the recently taken pictures gallery should show up after you close the game.

 

I would recommend some software like Fraps/MSI Afterburner to make screenshots easily though

in there should be a bunch of numbers. Click on them and then click screenshots you just have to find the right number modern warfare 2 is located in.
