as I am going in a server,my game freezes,and i have no options except leaving the server.please help because i don't seem to find someone solving this problem,or even posting it.

Try deleting your config_mp in your players2 folder

The problem is with some firewall.

A lot of people here in Portugal are having that issue because of our main ISP's routers.

What router do you have? Also, what anti-virus do you have?

Disable the router's firewall and make sure that the exceptions for iw5m.dat are enabled on windows firewall.

I have no idea how to disable it on YOUR router.

Then only thing I can tell you is how to find your router's login page.

Click on windows start menu and type "cmd" to open windows command prompt.

Now use this command:

ipconfig

The "default gateway" IPv4 address is your router's address (usually 192.168.1.1 but check it there)

Open some browser and navigate to that IP address to get to your router's login page.

Now you're on your own, since it's your router, your username and your password. If you don't know your router's login, we don't know it either.

where can i read all that? (papers of internet provider?)

BTW i did that (router firewall off and iw5m.dat allowed) and it still freezes...man
