I am not sure what you mean with your first question but as far as the second goes:

 

You can check if the player has a restricted weapon when he spawns with HasWeapon.

And then replace the weapon with TakeWeapon followed by GiveWeapon.

Go to Match Making and go to Gamemodes and then Load the .dsr file. You should then be able to edit the dsr file.

i know how to edit dsr file... I want to know which weapons are restricted using Infinity Script.

Can't you just make a list of strings for weapons that you want to be restricted in your project?

You should be able to call getmatchrulesdata to get DSR values.
