Set the RCon IP to 127.0.0.1

Also make sure you set a rcon password on server.cfg

That rcon IP should work (hamachi IP is treated as internal IP)

But you didn't even set a rcon password on b3.xml

As yolarrydabomb mentioned, you need to set a rcon password on your server's configuration file, and then put that rcon password on b3.xml, on it's corresponding place.

Also make sure you set a rcon password on server.cfg

im know my racon and im put b3 look now like that:

Post the content of b3.log

That console image only shows where it failed, but won't provide any information on why it failed.

set rcon ip to your External/Internal IP.
