I really dislike B3, I'm horrible at setting it up, especially with multiple servers.

 

Does anyone have some type of alternative? I've googled and done my research, but can't find anything.

Use COD Rcon Tool, it isn't a ingame management tool, but its a good replacement to B3

B3 is pretty much the way to go. The small amount of work is really worth it.

 

Some alternatives from the aIW days were Manu Admin Mod, but a simple RCON client will suffice if you just want to administrate the server yourself.

There are plenty RCON Tools available, and there are also Admin-Addon-Plugins for IW4M as far as i know, can't find them on the forums although.

 

Also what the most people don't know is: if you're on your server you can do these commands:

/rcon login password

and then

/rcon desired_command

 

like, /rcon login thisisastupidpassword

and to ban people:

/rcon status

1 xuid ShiftyF97 bla bla bla bla

My clientnumber is 1 (as the status response says)

/rcon tempbanclient 1

ShiftyF97 has been kicked (Reason: You are banned)

Yeah, MAM would be the best alternative imo.
