for some reason every time I try to get into 4D1 I get a fatal error.

Give us the minidump FFS.

In your MW2 folder, there should be a minidump file with that name you have listed. I don't remember the exact location, but could you upload that file onto MediaFire, or any other filehosting service. That would allow us to look into the problem much quicker.

This is an error from zlib, iirc. Currently we have no clue why this happens :|
