Recently I seemed to be getting spikes my FPS would drop from about 80 all the way down to 10 14 13.. I am not running anything else... Before this it was working perfectly and only happened after R21.. been happening awhile now but didn't post lol..

 

Any ideas? Yes my settings are tuned to the lowest

If you're playing on a laptop, their lag spikes are probably due to the batteries status.

Also, if it's not that, try to change some graphic configuration.

Defrag your game folder using "Game Booster"

Disable Theater Recording

close all background programs and downloading

"Game Booster"

Use it for this but for closing programs use something called "Smartclose" (google it). I find it works a LOT better.

Downloads dont cause sluttering/Huge FPS drops..It only causes hell lag and really high ping if your router QoS is disabled
