Delete iw_00 through 07, then verify your game cache from the steam right click menu.

now it works, thanks dude but if I close the game, and open it another time, my stats doesnВґt get saved, IВґm lvl 1 again ^^

Reinstall your MW2

nah, just download iw_00 thru iw_07 from the iwd repository. Put them in your main folder and it should be good.

verifying cache on steam should do the trick, too
