evry time i get some kills 20+ it get this message Fatal error (0xc0000005) at 0x0048e905.

A minidump has been written to iw4m-3.0-105-20121008143844.dmp. and often doesn't show finish colors of the weapons( only first 3-4 is shown in game). Is something there to type in console to prevent these in future, or any other suggestion for solving the problem.

0x48E905: the result of a BG_GetWeaponDef call - related to your other weapon issue, meaning some weapon wasn't loaded properly.

 

Try playing on servers without a green * (or disable legacy servers in the filter settings). If that's not the case, remove any files ending in '_mp' from your IW4M/m2demo/weapons/mp folder, if any.
