the server startup is fine everything is ok , when i go to get server info or connect the server it stuck at the connecting , i try many way still cant solve the problem

 

my windows is 7 x64

Is the server updatet to r23?

yes i have the same problem

at loading screen the game crashes

Use these two commands on your server's console:

 

net_ip
net_queryport

That will tell you on what IP and game port the server is actually running (I'm assuming that either your internal IP or game port changed for some reason)

It maybe the host 's connection being slow.....Just wait.....After Sometime it would be just fine
