You could read the revision notes. And DLC3 and 4 got supported.

1. You can download/play on the dlc : Gulch,parish , boardwalk , decomission , offshore...vortex , U-turn maybe Intersection ?

2.Adding line " ...because we can "

3. Can't talk for the moment in one server but it's quickly fixed
