my server recently having a strange problem . server is running and visible in server list , the problem is cilent can't connect it .

 

please help me . i have try everything that i know ./

Can others connect to your server or is it just you? also have you port forwarded and add port exceptions to your firewall?

other also can't connect to my server . my server is not same network with my client, All the port is forward.

my server is running well before sudden become visible but cant connect

Then there should be some problem with your port forwarding (You might have not done it properly)

i have sure the port foward is done otherwise my server wont be running for the past few week

Start > Run > CMD type in "ipconfig /all" You're IPv4 could have changed, mine changes all the time & I have to port forward them through the new one. That could be your problem.

i use fix ip so the ip wont change . thanks for your reply

Try syncing your Windows clock with the internet time service. As this is a known issue in wich if you don't have your clock synced you get to see the server on servers list but it won't accept any client connections.

I have this problem on client too after update to r23 version:

1) run LaunchIW5M.exe

2) connect to game server for first time - OK !!!

3) exit from game to main menu

4) select other server

5) try connect but can't connect

I can connect only after exit to Windows and run game again

Yes, it's that. But I assume that windows time has to be fix on the machine where the server is running (either it's the server's time that's not properly set, or all clients that are trying to connect to it)
