I have 2 issues,

1. My fraps doesen't find my iw4m.exe

2. I don't know how to extract the raw.

1. Use DXTory, it's better as it has 10x less lagg.

2. Right click > open with > and then select WinRar or 7zip or w/e program you use to extract zip's
