i open my "LaunchIW5M.exe" and it come with this error

 

mss32.dll could not be loaded. Make sure you actually have the game files in this directory

 

help please!

You're clearly missing that DLL file (Miles Sound System), it should be there since it's mandatory for this game and a bunch of other games. In your case, you probably accidentally deleted it. Re-install the game or try to grab one from the internet, although there are several different versions of this DLL that could create conflicts. Try here: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=mss32.dll
