Just follow the tutorial step by step and you should be good to go. The B3 part of the tutorial is optional and you don't need that to get it running.

 

Stop being lazy.

 

Or otherwise rent a IW5m server and avoid the hassle...

We will not provide a tool as it would be too much work for something that is already very simple. It isn't hard at all, you don't need to learn anything, set up the server once and you are done.
