Which Ports do I need to forward for IW4M & IW5M?

For Servers, it's the one's you chose in the shortcut.

Afaik you don't need to PF for a client as you're playing on servers

Whenever i play iw5mp it says I have a strict NAT and if I connect to a server it laggs me out after 30 seconds, and before the recent update i had an open NAT and I could play normal without getting kicked out... So It does matter.

No, it does not. Just because things happen at the same time, doesn't mean they're connected. Strict NAT just means, you can only connect to people with open NAT. But it will not lag you out, and kick you, you just can't see the lobbys. But we're using Servers, not lobbys, so it has no impact.

I play using the server browser and EVERY server i join when my NAT is strict i lagg out after a couple of seconds. And with open NAT that didnt happen, want me to record me getting lagged out? -.-

Just disable whatever firewall that's messing with your connection (it's usually the anti-virus or the router's firewall)

No need to forward any ports to play.
