-I want to know how can I make human has scavenger + sleight of hand in the same time (they are perks of the same Perk 1 so it doesn't let me choose both when I'm trying to recipe it)

 

-How do I make tactical insertion goes faster, because it takes seconds until a player save his respawn.

 

-How do I deal with admin stuff, I mean is there any topic for this or how to use rcon?

No as in the dsr you have to set the specific PER category... also you make your own script... it shouldn't be too hard just do spawnplayer and add the perk and that's it...
