Servers Low ping players only

Hi iv been playing on IW4M for a couple of days, all of a sudden I cant connect to any dedicated servers.

It says Server for low ping players only but my ping is only 24ms?

    I have nothing running other than steam, avast antivirus would there be any other cause?

    I don't no how would I check? it was all find till yesterday and now it freezes at loading page awaiting connection 1.... then gives me error message. This server is for low ping players only
