The range depends on your configuration..if you set your server to use 28960 then you should set your port range to 28960-28961

yea but i have deleted it. when i enter these ports its empty

at the port forwarding do i have to fill in the ip adress or the ip4 adress?

If they ask you for a IP in the portforward entry,use your Internal IP (eg-192.168.1.10)

You can find this out by running "cmd" and typing "ipconfig"

If your talking about Router firewall, Then login to your router and find any settings of firewall and you should be able to Disable it (Instructions vary from router yo router).If you want to disable Windows Firewall then,go to Control Panel then Windows Firewall and you should be able to disable it..
