Hello folks,

Im having this error, and I've already browsed for similar topics like these, and referred to some people but I still cant fix it.

Problem:

If any of you guys would bother to help me, I'd be thankful ;)

 

PS. I've tried everything; Turning off firewalls, Antivirus (avast) (putting up exceptions).

    If you live in Philippines,i doubt your ISP is blocking 4D1.You could try Turning OFF your anti Virus program

    Could be that Win7 updated with some security patch today or maybe AntiVirus. Kept pressing OK and it went through after say 10 clicks. However, at the very same moment, Server stats were also not accessible. Maybe ISP at receiving end messed up?
