Is Iw5mp under attack?

this is so strange, pings are 400+... never even 300

 

it's pretty pretty weird...

 

my yahoo.com ping is 60~70 but iw5mp is 400+

 

any explaination?

I Live at Egypt, France pings are usually 70~80 for me

 

But now, nothing is less than 400, its all 400+

 

I don't know why exactly ping is 400+ all the time never 300 or something...
