I just downloaded and installed the DLC 4 - Final Assault map pack but the maps are nowhere to be seen in the bonus maps section under private match. Up till now, any new maps I installed appeared here and this was my way of looking at them and checking them out to see if they installed correctly. Did they install OK and should I be seeing them under bonus maps?

Not sure - haven't tried yet - gonna check that out asap. Do you have these maps and if so do they appear as bonus maps?

That's normal.

Because the .exe is outdated... don't worry about it you can't see it you can most likely play it on a server if you downloaded the files and put it in the correct areas I guess.

OK, thanks all. I can play the maps OK when I join servers hosting them. It seems that after U-Turn and Vortex, no newer maps will appear in the bonus maps section, but that's not really a problem. By the way why are all the new maps in red in the server list?
