Hey,

 

I get a random freeze in almost every match I play. The game completely stops working and only a couple of sounds/music still plays. There is nothing in the console that indicates an error. It happens on both normal servers as in my own private match with bots. Might there be something wrong with my .iwd files? I've updated the game a couple of times but the error still occurs, but idk... I'm not sure when it even started to occur in the first place, it's been like this for a while.

 

If you might have an idea of what's wrong, please post!

1. Video Drivers need updating?

2. Tried GameBooster?

3. Maybe lag spikes?

4. Have you tried putting yourself in a DMZ?

5. Any firewalls blocking suspicious ports?

Nope. I bought a new GPU though, but I have yet to install it.

No, I've never even heard of it until now. Giving it a try though :3

I don't have any FPS lag at all...

No... In what way will that help though?

AFAIK not, my NAT is open and my firewalls allow the .exe.

 

6. Tried updating the IW4 Client?

 

Yes, even reinstalling. But I'm defo trying out GameBooster.

Defrag your game folder with Game Booster..

maybe your PC can't run MW2 Correctly

post your specs or re install the game from a "proper" torrent.
