Just find ui_drawcrosshair and change 0 to 1 in your config (as jeremych wrote)

or you could just type ui_drawcrosshair 1 in the console.

Yes but that didn't worked, at least for me.

or just cg_drawcrosshair 1 in the console

it worked just by only deleteing the "config" file that i copied from another reply on this topic, it acctuly worked ! the only thing that you have to do again is the graphix settings and controll settings
