So, I tried the port things, didn't work

I tried waiting untill an update from NTA about the down-time, he said it's fixed but still I am stuck on connection to online services.

My friend is playing right now, and I can't play T_T

a. Server may be down or you can't connect to the NP server/not allowed to connect. Make sure to be running the LATEST IW5 files from Steam.

b. Port 3074 is being blocked. Open exception rules (both TCP and UDP) for port 3074 on whatever firewall that might be blocking it (either windows, anti-virus or router firewall).

sync your time properly then it should work....

Time Sync only fixes the "Connecting" issue,when a user is trying to connect to a dedicated server."Connecting to Online Services" is a totally different issue..

Restarting your router should normally do the trick..

Do you even know how many firewalls does your connection go through?

People usually try making changes on windows firewall when in most cases (not all though) the problem is either with the anti-virus or the router's firewall.

what you can do is go on to the task manager, go to view and where it says update speed click on high or normal then hopefully it should connect to online services reply back if it works!
