After several attempts on trying to find the alterIWNet_configure.exe on google, I gave up, and want to hear if somebody on the forum can send me their alterIWNet_configure.exe file, because for some reason I don't have one in my file archive..

If you are installing them to the right place, there will be no problem.

I guess you're relating to the updater? Because I've tried to do that, but it didn't work. My game just freezes when I'm about to join a DLC map.

Yeah you need to download/buy the DLCВґs...

I have downloaded them. In the instructions it just says that I need the alterIwnet_configure.exe.

No.. just play them in your zone/dlc folder...

It's still not working. Is there some way that I need to "extract" these 7z files?

You need to make a folder called "dlc" and open the .7z with 7-Zip... Google this program

I totally agree with you, If I had seen this post. Would have totally helped you instantly I just hate it that half the people here just insult/make fun of each other when they have a problem....
