Edit : I've updated my Graphic Card Driver with Steam today.

I would re download the game if I was you.

Its either your game thats fucked or your PC. If your game is working after you re download it, I would test your PC's ram, processor and GFX card.

Make sure you have up-to-date drivers as well.

Un-installed my drivers and it worked... Now, i can't play other games due of my drivers. I hate them.

 

Edit : I've updated again my drivers (with Windows Update this time) and the game was f*cked up again...

Its either your game, or computer. Try to redownload the game, could fix. But, if having these texture issues in other games, may have a video card burning out. Had to replace a old HD 3650 for that reason. Or could be a video card driver problem, update could maybe be fix.
