I heard the sever was back online, but when I launch my game it gets stuck at this M.W.3. launch splash screen which nothing else happens, after I type in all my 4D1 log In credentials.

 

 

Did the servers come back on then went off again, an is there a way to tell weather the servers are online/offline so I could avoid making these kinda threads?

No, the NP server is offline. And don't bypass filters.
