Can't get the dedicated servers list

Disable your Firewall/Router Firewall and Anti-Virus.Also once you refresh the server list Alt-Tab and copy the last few console logs..

Problem solved. I had a tool called "Spotflux" installed just to test it, and it was blocking my connection. I uninstalled it and now i have my dedi servers' list.
