Hello. Argentine but I'm going to write in English as I can, sorry if I make mistakes!

 

The problem I have is "could not load image preview_mp_compact".

 

And i was looking at the forum how to fix it and saw that there are a couple of files

for download that can be damaged, but when I wanted to download the files were deleted.

 

someone can go from where fix or download?
