In black ops you can edit the hardline value via perk_killstreakreduction. Meaning you can change 1 less kill to 30 less kills etc.

 

In MW2 is there anyway to change the value of hardline so rather is reducing your kills by 1 it can reduce it by any number.

That's pretty easy. Search for

 

	if ( self _hasPerk( "specialty_hardline" ) )
	modifier = -1;
else
	modifier = 0;

 

in _class.gsc and change it to your likings.

set scr_hardline_modifier "-1"

in your server.cfg.

No, i don't think so. Why wouldn't you use a user created anyway?
