MW2 installations Fehler

Hi ich wollte heute mw2 4d1 installieren weil ich den trickshot bot benutzen möchte.

Wenn ich es installieren will kommt immer der error could not load zone 'gfx_pre_mp.ff'

Ich habe schon den zone ordner auf englisch gemacht und mw2 nochmal neu kopeirt aber es klappt nicht...

Ichlade mw2 grad auf steam noch mal neu runter aber wenn es nicht klappt :(
