Fetching Playlists ?

Every once in a while my game crashes and when I try to connect again it shows the main menu with a message saying "Fecthing Playlists, connect to iwnet complete" or something like that. The only thing I can do is close the game and wait hours until I can play again. I haven't seen any topics about this, so I think I am the only one who doesn't know what this means/solve this problem. Help?
