You're supposed to put the newly downloaded iw_04.iwd on "main" folder, replacing the broken one that you got there...

Normaly i would Rage but im hearing Hi-Rez Smiling....Okay but i downloaded the iwd and it didnt worked for me again yet cames the error could not load image "specialty_new" or so if you can pls help me or just add me in skype:iplanezz

Are you sure you have the WHOLE game? Like not only the IW4M mod, but the whole installation?

localized_english_iw00.iwd

Same process as you did with iw_04.iwd (except that you'll have to get it from a friend or so, since localized files are not on the IWD repository)
