I cant play the collection 4 maps even after I installed them like boardwalk and other maps appear in red color

That's normal. As long as you can load the maps it's fine.

They will appear in a red colour. However, right now anyway, this is completely normal. You can still play them as normal, however the server browser will not detect you as having them. I had the same sort of issue relating DLC Maps (actually, everyone has).
